1. Seller identification
These terms are applied by ECOLUX VENTANAS, whose identification and contact details appear at the beginning of this document.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern the online purchase of windows, doors, enclosures, accessories and other products offered by Ecolux Ventanas. Before completing the order, the customer must be able to review these Terms and accept them expressly.
Placing the order and making payment imply acceptance of the features and specifications shown in the final order summary, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights recognised by applicable law.
3. Information the customer must check before paying
Before confirming the order, the customer must carefully review: product and model; measurements; quantities; colour and finish; opening type and direction; glass composition and features; profiles; accessories; delivery address; price; any additional charges; and any other selected option.
Where measurements are provided directly by the customer, the customer must check that they are correct before confirming the order.
4. Confirmation, payment and formation of the contract
The order is deemed received when the system correctly confirms the transaction. Manufacturing will proceed according to the confirmed specifications and the payment terms indicated during checkout.
The final purchase button must clearly state that the order creates a payment obligation, for example: “PAY AND CONFIRM ORDER” or an equivalent legally valid wording.
After contracting, Ecolux Ventanas will provide the customer with contract confirmation on a durable medium, normally by email, including or making available the terms applicable to the order.
5. 48-hour period to request changes
Ecolux Ventanas offers the customer a commercial period of up to 48 hours from order confirmation to request in writing changes to measurements, configuration, colour, finish, glass, opening, accessories or other specifications.
Modification is only possible if manufacturing has not yet started and if it can be accepted technically. If the change alters the price or lead time, Ecolux Ventanas will notify the customer of the new conditions before accepting it.
Once manufacturing has started, Ecolux Ventanas may refuse modifications or cancellations of products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
6. Made-to-measure products and right of withdrawal
Windows, doors and other elements manufactured specifically according to measurements, configurations, colours, finishes or other specifications chosen by the customer may fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Where that exception applies, the customer may not return or cancel the product for a mere change of mind. This exclusion does not limit consumer rights in cases of lack of conformity, defect, manufacturing error, a product different from the one contracted, or any other legal liability of the seller.
For non-personalised standard products, where the legal right of withdrawal applies to a distance sale, the time limit and conditions set by current law will be respected.
7. Manufacturing and delivery: estimated lead time of 6 to 8 weeks
Unless another period is stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation, the customer and Ecolux Ventanas expressly agree an estimated manufacturing and delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks from confirmation of the order and the required payment.
The period may be affected by later accepted modifications, logistics causes or circumstances reasonably outside the seller’s control. If a relevant delay occurs, Ecolux Ventanas will inform the customer and the rights arising under applicable law will apply.
8. Delivery and checking transport damage
The customer must check the external condition of the shipment on receipt. If impacts, breakage, opened packaging or visible damage are noticed, this should be noted on the carrier’s delivery note and photographs taken.
Visible transport damage should be reported to Ecolux Ventanas within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of packaging, labels and product. This notice period helps management with the carrier and does not limit the consumer’s legal rights for lack of conformity.
9. Returns
Made-to-measure or clearly personalised products cannot be returned for a mere change of mind where the legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
Non-personalised standard products are governed by the legally applicable right of withdrawal. The product must be returned properly protected. No return condition will limit the customer’s rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
10. Legal warranty and lack of conformity
Goods sold to consumers are subject to the legal warranty and lack-of-conformity regime under current Spanish law. For new goods, legal liability for lack of conformity applies for the statutory period from delivery.
Where there is a lack of conformity, the remedies and conditions provided by law apply, including, as appropriate, bringing into conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
11. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices, applicable taxes, transport charges and any additional costs must be shown to the customer before confirming the order. No additional items will be charged unless informed and accepted in accordance with applicable law.

13. Data protection
The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and applicable law. Acceptance of these Purchase Terms does not replace information obligations regarding data protection.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and the customer’s rights regarding territorial jurisdiction and complaint mechanisms.
15. Mandatory checkboxes before payment
- Confirmation of order details. I have reviewed the measurements, quantities, colours, finishes, opening type and direction, glass, accessories and other specifications of my order, and confirm they are correct.
- Acceptance of the purchase terms. I have read and accept the General Purchase Terms and understand the conditions applicable to made-to-measure or clearly personalised products, including the legally provided withdrawal and return regime.
- Acceptance of the manufacturing and delivery period. I expressly accept the estimated manufacturing and delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks from payment confirmation, unless another period is expressly stated in my order.

16. Recommended record-keeping
It is recommended to keep the order number, date and time, version of the Terms accepted, products and specifications, amount, delivery address, acceptance of the three checkboxes, confirmation sent to the customer, and later communications about changes, manufacturing, delivery or incidents.
Note: Ecolux Ventanas acts under these terms as seller of the products. This document does not include installation services or obligations.
