Soundproof doors TYPE B

Single-leaf soundproof doors in rebated and non-rebated system. The door leaf is made of coniferous wood glued on both sides with HDF board. The filling is a special POL-SKONE construction. The leaf with a dropping gasket. The doors are available in single and double leaf version with a wooden frame (fixed DUO or adjustable DUO).

LEAF FINISH

• Smooth surface painted, veneered, covered with CPL laminate with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.7 mm, HPL laminate with a thickness of 0.7 to 1.0 mm
  or woodgrain foil. Available decorations: flat, made of decorative profiled slats, aluminium decors (TYPE A version only).

FRAMES

• Painted, veneered frame, covered with CPL 0.15 mm or foil matched to the colour of the leaf.
• Solid wooden pine - optionally with masking strips, quarter round.
• Adjustable wooden with widening panels and angle bands.
• DIN adjustable - made of 22 mm thick MDF panels.
• Wooden adjustable DUO with widening panels and angle brackets.
• Wooden fixed DUO pine (TYPE B Duo) - optionally with cover strips, quarter round.
• FD12 fixed metal made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet with rebate seal.
• Adjustable metal made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet. The frames are powder-coated as standard in white
  (RAL 9016 and RAL 9003), grey (RAL 7047), brown (RAL 8014), beige (NCS S 2005 Y50R), graphite (RAL 7024), black (RAL 9005).
  It is possible to paint the door frames in non-standard RAL or NCS colours after consultation with the Sales Department. The frame consists of a main section and an angle band that slides into the main section.
