HIGRO special doors

The door is designed for use in residential, public and industrial buildings and warehouses as an internal door closing the opening in the internal wall between the rooms. The door is designed for interiors where permissible relative air humidity is up to 90% and temperature does not exceed 65oC. The door cannot be directly exposed to water.

The door is particularly suitable for rooms with increased relative humidity and temperature, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use.If the door is installed in rooms with a high concentration of chlorine, there is a risk of corrosion on fittings, panels and stainless steel portholes.

PARAMETERS

• mechanical class: 2nd class of mechanical strength requirements, i.e., medium operating conditions resistance to climatic conditions
• 3rd class according to PN-EN 12219:2002
• doors approved for sale in accordance with PN-EN 14351-2:2018

LEAF CONSTRUCTION

• Doors in the non-rebate system. The leaf construction consists of a polyurethane frame reinforced with plywood, clad on both sides with 2 mm HPL laminate. The filling is a special thermal insulation insert.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

• mortise lock single-point, spacing 72 mm; lock for bathroom lock, spacing 78 mm
• powder-coated stainless steel hinges in grey RAL 7047 (2 pcs.); it is possible to paint the hinges in another RAL colour according to the customer's order
• design W04: porthole BMD3 lacomat glass

FRAMES

• Metal fixed, rebate-free door frame with rebate seal made of 1,5 mm galvanised sheet metal. Metal adjustable frame without rebate in galvanised sheet 1.5 mm thickness in the same colour as the leaf surface.
• Adjustable metal frame without rebate made of galvanised sheet 1.5 mm thick in the same colour as the leaf surface.
