FIREPROOF POL-SKONE FR EI30

Door are designed for use as interior entrance door in residential buildings, collective residence, public utility and industrial, constitute according to the terminology in the PN-B-91000:1996 standard, closing openings in internal walls, between the staircase or corridor and rooms.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE WING:

• Rebated system door leaf. The door leaf structure consists of a stile of softwood covered with HDF boards on the both sides. The in-fill is made of a special POL-SKONE structure. The rated door leaf thickness is: 50 mm for the door Rw = 32 dB (single leaf door) or 27 dB (double leaf).

DOOR FRAME:

• Painted, veneered, covered with CPL 0.15 mm laminate or foil matching the colour of the door leaf.
• Fixed pine wood frame - optionally provided with masking strips or a shoe moulding
• Adjustable wooden frame with widening panels, architraves and a masking strip.

GLAZING:

• Transparent glass with fire resistance EI30. Painted, veneered oak frame or covered with foil matching to the colour of the door leaf.

  NOTE! 90 Plus width - 1032 mm.
  Width door 1032 mm allows to get the clear opening of min. 900 mm when the door leaf is opened at an angle of 90°.

NOTE! In order to meet the fire resistance conditions, the door should be provided with the automatic door closer conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1154:1999/A1:2004/AC:2010 standard, door handles conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1906:2012 standard (min. class B to the extent related to fire resistance) and drum cylinders conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1303:2007+AC:2008 standards (class 1 to the extent related to fire resistance).
